Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent customer service, but we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Therefore, we have established a clear returns policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Product Quality: We stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Price: We strive to provide fair and competitive pricing on all our products. However, if you find that the price of a product has decreased since you made your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference.

Delivery Times: We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery times (From 4 to 15 days). However, please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Processes: If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on in accordance with the terms below:

  • A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at [email protected] to request and receive an RMA.
  • The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
  • Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking number so we can track your return.
  • You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of the RMA.
  • Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Additional terms and conditions:

  1. Shipping and handling charges and gift wrap fees are not refundable.
  2. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Lingese.
  3. If you return the product to Lingese: (a) without a return authorization from Lingese or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Lingese retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

Non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Some health and personal care items
  4. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  5. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
